When an owner submits a property for rental review at /list-property, we collect:
- Owner Full Name
- Direct Mobile Phone and WhatsApp Contact Number
- Optional Email Address
- Exact Property Address (Plot/Flat number, building name, landmark)
- Property specifications (rooms, rent, deposit, public locality, photos)
Confidentiality Guarantee: The exact door number and owner phone number are stored strictly for APNA GHAR administration and will NEVER be displayed on the public website.
3. Information Visible to Public Tenants
Visitors and tenants browsing APNA GHAR see only sanitized public information:
- General public locality (e.g., "Station Road, Kadi" or "Karannagar Road, Kadi")
- Property Type (House, Flat, Room, Shop) and BHK layout
- Monthly rent, deposit, and uploaded photos
- Public property description
4. WhatsApp Enquiry Protocol
When a tenant initiates an enquiry by clicking "Enquire on WhatsApp", the conversation connects directly with the official APNA GHAR desk. APNA GHAR verifies the tenant's genuine requirement before facilitating communication with the owner.
5. Data Retention & Removal
Owners may request listing deactivation, marking as "Rented Out", or complete data deletion at any time by messaging our official desk on WhatsApp with their Property Reference ID (e.g. AG-1001).
