1. Nature of the Service

APNA GHAR provides an online discovery and intermediary enquiry facilitation service strictly for rental properties located in Kadi, Gujarat, and its adjoining localities. APNA GHAR is not a real-estate broker, landlord, tenant, or property management agent.

2. Owner Listing Obligations

By submitting a property for review on APNA GHAR, the owner warrants and declares that:

• They are the lawful owner or authorized custodian of the rental premises.
• All provided details including monthly rent, deposit amount, and rooms are truthful and accurate.
• All uploaded photos represent the actual condition of the property.
• The property is solely intended for lawful residential or commercial leasing.

3. Admin Review & Approval Discretion

Submission of a property does not guarantee publication. APNA GHAR reserves the complete right to verify, edit typographic details, reject, unpublish, or delete listings that fail our community standards or appear suspicious or inaccurate.

4. Physical Verification & User Due Diligence

While APNA GHAR performs preliminary review, prospective tenants must physically inspect properties, verify landlord credentials, and execute standard formal rental agreements (rent agreements / police verification where applicable) prior to advancing funds or deposits.

5. Limitation of Liability

APNA GHAR does not guarantee the financial standing of tenants, the condition of premises, or the completion of tenancy agreements. All rental arrangements are entered into independently between landlords and tenants.
